Therapy & Counselling  ·  Soho & Regent Street  ·  Central London

A Gestalt therapist in central London.

In-person at Piccadilly Psychotherapy Practice  ·  Linen Hall, 162–168 Regent Street, London W1B

Individual psychotherapy and counselling in the heart of the West End, moments from Oxford Circus and Piccadilly Circus underground stations. I am a Gestalt psychotherapeutic counsellor, with online sessions also available across the UK.

The Room

The consulting room on Regent Street.

Sessions in central London take place at Piccadilly Psychotherapy Practice, a private consulting room at Linen Hall, 162–168 Regent Street, London W1B 5TE. It is one of two consulting rooms where I work as a therapist, alongside Therapy Space East in Shoreditch. More about the practice on my Piccadilly Psychotherapy Practice profile.

The building has step-free access from the street, with a lift to the consulting room. If you are a wheelchair user, or have another access requirement, please mention it when you get in touch and I will confirm the details before we arrange a first session.

Counselling and psychotherapy near Regent Street and Oxford Circus

The room is a few minutes on foot from Oxford Circus and Piccadilly Circus, and within walking distance of Soho, Mayfair, Fitzrovia and Marylebone. Most people who come here work or study nearby. The building has a staffed reception, and the consulting room is on the third floor, away from the street.

Thursday evenings, until 9pm

Thursdays run from 2pm until 9pm, which is the latest appointment I offer. Tuesday and Friday mornings run from 7am until 2pm, before the working day starts. Sessions in Shoreditch are Wednesdays, 7am to 2pm.

LGBT affirmative, gestalt and existential

My practice is LGBT affirmative and culturally inclusive, with particular attention to questions of identity, gender, sexuality, race and culture. That affirmation extends across the LGBTQIA+ spectrum. My orientation is existential and my training is in Gestalt psychotherapy: the work attends to the body, to presence, and to what passes between us in the room.

ADHD, anxiety and burnout

I work with adults on anxiety, burnout, relational difficulties, trauma and ADHD, and with people making sense of a diagnosis received elsewhere.

People arrive at different points. Some know exactly what they want to work on, others only have a sense that something is not right. Both are reason enough to start.
